The aesthetic beauty that "inspires" the consumer has been sought, but without neglecting the true beauty that is found inside, the Saptà gold! At the center of the bottle, a peacock whose meaning represents wonder in its extraordinary range of colours. The Peacock symbolizes the solar wheel, glory, immortality as are the lands of the Ventura company and the Olive trees which have been giving life to an oil of absolute quality for over 100 years.

In fact, four generations have handed down the work of these seven lands with dedication, hence the name SAPTA' which in Sanskrit translates into 7.

Colors

Blue , primary, mystical color, represents the infinite. It is the color of the Saptà bottle, the color of the deepest soul and as such induces calm and serenity. The sea and the sky are described in over one hundred shades, evoking their immensity.

Green , also a primary colour, obtained by mixing colors is a symbol of Nature and can be found in the drops of oil on the peacock's tail. Calming, regulates the flow of thought and promotes reasoning. The color of hope and renewal.

The Golden , its brilliant light has adorned and decorated every form of beauty in the history of human creativity. Powerful and brilliant color represents the sun and therefore life.

Organoleptic properties

Saptà EVO oil has an intense and rich taste, with fruity and herbaceous notes and has an inebriating scent.
Its high quality depends on the variety of 100% Nocellara dell'Etna olives, the cultivation soil, the climate and the processing. Saptà oil has spicy and intense bitter notes, this is due to the consistent presence of polyphenols that Saptà oil contains.

The olives are subjected to a transformation process which consists in the collection-squeezing-filtering of the oil on the same day, within 8 hours of collection.

Sapta, the extra virgin olive oil which with its organoleptic properties is defined as a nutraceutical oil, i.e. a healthy food, represents the fusion of nutrition and pharmaceuticals both for its hypoallergenic properties and high digestibility, and for its healing properties.

To characterize Saptà are the famous polyphenols present in high concentrations, which contribute to the protection of the body's cells from oxidative damage, this process creates free radicals which are responsible for fat-related neoplasms (breast and colon cancer).
